Have you heard? On Sunday, May 6, we are hosting a large Community BBQ. We have such wonderful neighbors in the North End and Midtown Detroit communities and are excited to host a BBQ to offer a way for neighbors and this community to connect with each other. The Community BBQ has family friendly activities for people of all ages. There will be delicious food including BBQ beef ribs. There will be music, fun, games, a bounce house, health screenings, and community information available.

A new sermon series will start on Sunday, April 15. The series will look at Jesus' appearances in the world after his resurrection. Check back soon for a list of sermon topics and dates.

In December of this year, Rev. Dr. Ray McGee will be leading a journey to Israel. All who would like to attend the trip are welcome to attend. The trip "Walking the Scriptures in Israel 2012" will explore biblical and historical places throughout Israel. This trip offers the opportunity to experience the Holy Land from a Judeo-Christian perspective. More information can be found here.
